Some people do not like Valentine's Day. They resent being told how and when to be romantic. I kind of resent that too! When the first Valentine stuff was put out in the stores, I couldn't stand it! I hadn't recovered from Christmas yet! But despite the expectations, I do think Valentine's Day is a good thing. True, we don't need a specific day to think about how much our loved ones mean to us. We should do that every day. But with the busyness of life, it's nice to have a set time to think and consider and actually say how much I love Kevin and am grateful for his love. We were married eight and a half years ago, and I love him more every day.
