One of my favourite ways to relax is reading magazines. I enjoy the usual women's magazines that cover fashion or beauty or parenting, but my real love is shelter magazines. There were several country/cottage ones I loved that I would buy every so often at the grocery store. Then the economy tanked and most of them disappeared! Including the one I subscribed to,
Canadian Home and Country. The only one left that I always enjoy was
Country Living. I've had a subscription for a year, ever since they had a giveaway for an adorable vintage style turquoise Huffy bike (I didn't win, but my pretty cream-coloured bike is even better)
I love to curl up with my cup of tea and read through the pages of inspiration. I'll dog-ear my favourite pages, usually three or four per issue. But the latest issue (Dec-Jan, I think) was perfect. I loved pretty much every page! It is full of beautiful images of white rooms. Completely gorgeous!
