The Warmth of White Walls

I have no camera today, and consequently nothing to post.  So I thought I'd leave you with some images from the half-bath we renovated in our townhouse shortly before we moved here.  I painted the walls white, then challenged myself to make it warm and inviting, rather than cold and sterile.  Oh, how I miss this room!  Enjoy!

  1. That is a beautiful bathroom!!! You totally managed to make it warm and homey. Wanna come decorate my house? :) All the walls are white here and I hate it. Doesn't help that our previous place was extremely colourful, but still, white gets bland.

    1. With a trip to Victoria as a reward, I'd love to come decorate your house! When I painted this room white, my sister thought I was crazy! She was a renter and was sick of white walls too.

  2. Your white bathroom looked fabulous and I love all of the natural elements, goes to prove that white can be pretty and warm. Not sterile at all.
