Roses and Frappuccino

Ten years ago right this minute I was standing on a wooden bridge in a playground wearing a white chiffon dress and surrounded by my true love and our closest friends.

I was nineteen years old, he was twenty-one and neither of us realised that we weren't exactly doing the practical thing (although our families told us so).  But it seems to have worked out!  For this year's anniversary, I got the perfect gift: Some gorgeous roses, and an Caramel Frappuccino, proof that he knows me very very well!

  1. Congratulations, Jo. You were a beautiful bride! And you're right, it wasn't practical, but look how far you two have come - beautiful home, beautiful family, beautiful people.

  2. Awww! Happy anniversary! :) Have you read The Young Wife's Guide? She's another blogger who got married young and blogs about it... :)

    1. I think I have seen Young Wife's Guide, probably through your blog. But it's been a while, so I'll have to go check it out again.
